Gabriel[]
Gabriel was a young would-be film actor, who openly bragged about being cast in a Lars Von Trier film. He went to rent a room at the Hotel Cortez in Los Angeles, but got irritated when the front desk receptionist, Iris, wanted to charge him $150 for a room even though their sign indicated that rooms were only $30 per night. He snapped at her, saying "That's bullshit", so Iris decided to let him stay in Room 64. Gabriel walked the halls to Room 64, passing several strange indivdiuals. Inside, he began shooting up, but before he could even enjoy himself, he was accosted by a grotesque creature, who sodomized him with a sharpened metal strap-on. Another of the Hotel Cortez' more colorful residents, Hypodermic Sally, was present in the room and promised Gabriel that his suffering would end if only he would profess his love for her. Gabriel said, "I love you, Sally", and as promised, his agony momentarily came to an end. Gabriel was not truly dead however. He awakened shortly thereafter partially concealed inside of a mattress.
Gladys[]
Gladys was a nurse who was residing at 1119 Westchester Place in Los Angeles in the late 1960s. On January 14th, 1968, a man named R. Franklin arrived at the house in apparent need of medical assistance. Gladys' roommate, Maria invited him inside. Gladys went to address R. Franklin's wounds, but noted that he did not have any apparent injuries. This was just a ruse to get inside the house. R. Franklin was a serial killer who incapacitated Maria by dashing her across the head with an ashtray. He then attacked Gladys, dragging her upstairs. He thrust her into a bathtub and drowned her. Gladys' spirit became one of the ghosts trapped inside of the house. (American Horror Story: Home Invasion) Like other spirits, Gladys was able to temporarily leave the house on Halloween night. Gladys' ghost made appearances when the Harmon family moved into the house in 2011. Along with the ghost of Doctor Charles Montgomery, she assisted in the delivery of Vivien Harmon's baby. (American Horror Story: Birth) Gladys later appeared before the witches Madison Montgomery and Behold Chablis when they came to visit the house on a mission to investigate the history of the Antichrist (Vivien's child). (American Horror Story: Return to Murder House) A few years later, the ghost of Ruby McDaniel and her living lover Scarlett Winslow made sport of "killing" Gladys, even though they knew she would reconstitute herself.
