"Subject: Sunrise at Sunset Streams" is the twelvth episode of the supernaturally-themed television series FreakyLinks. It was directed by Bill L. In this episode, Derek Barnes tries to secure money to pay off Chloe Tanner's fines by going to a retirement community and convincing an elderly woman that her complex is not being plagued by a mysterious oddity known as a "Skunk Ape".
