Frank the monster is the name given to the character of Frank Cotton from the Hellraiser film series. Specifically, he is referred to this during the scenes in the movie where he is slowly reforming his body after having been brought back from Hell. Actor Oliver Smith played the role of Frank the monster while actor Sean Chapman played him in all of his other scenes.
