Tom Butler is a Canadian television actor born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in 1951. In 1991, he played Doctor Morse in the sci-fi/horror movie Scanners II: The New Order. He played the role of Frank Karmak in four episodes of the Canadian occult series Poltergeist: The Legacy. He played retired warlock Henry Chamberlain on three episodes of the CW Network television series The Secret Circle.
