This was where teenager Charley Brewster lived with his mother, Judy Brewster. Vampire Jerry Dandridge was able to gain access to the house after being invited by Judy Brewster, and from there, was able to terrorize Charley at night while his mother was asleep.
Christopher L. Cushing High School
This was a public high school located in Rancho Corvalis. Charley Brewster, Amy Peterson, and Ed Thompson were all students here. One day, as school let out, Charley complained about a teacher named Mister Smith, who sprang a surprise quiz on them without telling anyone. Ed Thompson reminded him that the point of a pop quiz was "to surprise you". As they walked through the campus, Charley's girlfriend brushed past them, making a point to ignore Charley. She was angry at him for failing to pay attention to her the previous evening. Ed jokingly asked him, "She finally find out what you're really like?"
Dandridge residence
The Dandridge residence was a multi-storied home located directly across the street from the Brewster residence. Vampire Jerry Dandridge took up residence here with his roommate and undead assistant, Billy Cole. Jerry invited a blonde-haired prostitute over to the house, whom he later murdered and drank her blood. Neighbor Charley Brewster learned that Jerry was a vampire and even had a police detective named Lennox come over to the house. When this failed to produced the desired results, Charley returned with so-called "vampire killer" Peter Vincent. Charley and Peter had a final showdown with Jerry Dandridge and succeeded in killing both the vampire, and Billy Cole.
Thompson residence
This was the home of "Evil" Ed Thompson. When Ed's friend Charley Brewster learned that he was being stalked by a vampire named Jerry Dandridge, he went to the Thompson home to get Ed's advice. The two sat in Ed's bedroom whereupon Thompson told him about how to defend himself against vampires.
