Kristina Stoner is a supporting character in the 1973 predatory animal film Sssssss. She was played actress Heather Menzies. Kristina was the daughter of Doctor Karl Stoner and the love interest of her father's research assistant David Blake. Kristina was largely unaware of her father's attempts to scientifically transform human beings into King Cobra snakes and that he had intended on using David as his guinea pig. To keep Kristina out of the loop, Doctor Stoner sent her away to collect a rare snake, giving her father time to subject David to the transformation period he would be forced to endure while becoming a snake. Kristina was later told by a mailroom attendant that there was a snake man exhibit in the visiting carnival. Suspicious, she sneaked into the tent that housed the snake man, and recognized it as a former apprentice who worked the previous summer at her father's lab. Fearing David might have succumbed to the same fate, she raced back to her father's laboratory. Kristina returned just in time to see David fighting for his life - as a newly reborn King Cobra - against a mongoose that had escaped from its cage. Terrified, Kristina was unable to do anything but repeatedly scream out David's name.
