Julie McWhirter is an American voice actress born in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 12th, 1947. She graduated from DePauw University in 1970. She is one of several actors to provide the voice for everyone's favorite kid-friendly spirit Casper in cartoons such as the Casper and the Angels animated series and the 1979 telemovie Casper's First Christmas. In 1980, McWhirter provided the voice for vamp seductress Vampira in the Hanna-Barbera animated series Drak Pack.
