- The title is a play on the phrase "Cheaper by the Dozen". Cheaper by the Dozen was also the name of a 2003 family comedy film.
- Guest appearance by Charisma Carpenter as the Seer. Carpenter is better known for playing the role of spunky Cordelia Chase on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel. She appears next in "Styx Feet Under".
