Bruce Payne is a British film and stage actor born in London, England on November 22nd, 1958. His first work in the horror genre was in the 1983 war-time movie The Keep where he played a border guard. He then appeared in the 1987 musical comedy Billy the Kid and the Green Baize Vampire where he played a character named T.O., aka "The One". In 1991, Payne played unscrupulous carnival owner R.B. Harker in the direct-to-video werewolf film Howling VI: The Freaks. In 1993 Bruce played werewolf cop Adam Garou in the made-for-TV movie Full Eclipse. He followed this up with Necronomicon: Book of the Dead that same year in which he played the main character Edward De Lapoer in the first vignette. Bruce also played a character named Parker in the "Comes the Dawn" episode of the HBO anthology series Tales from the Crypt. In 1997 he played Cooper Wayne in the sci-fi film Ravager. He played warlock Philip Covington in the 1999 direct-to-video movie Warlock III: The End of Innocence. He played Doctor McCort in Asylum of the Damned (aka Hellborn) in 2003. Bruce appeared in an episode of Charmed where he played the Leader of the Order in the episode "Prince Charmed". In 2010 Payned played a man named Bernard in Prowl and in 2012 he played a character named Winston in Re-Kill.
