Ashes is an American independent horror film of the viral outbreak and pseudo-zombie subgenres. It was directed by Elias Matar, who also co-wrote the script along with Edward E. Romero and served as producer on the film. The movie premiered in the United States on September 9th, 2010. Ashes stars actor Brian Krause as Doctor Andrew Stanton - a scientist seeking to find a cure for AIDS, but unwittingly unleashes a viral zombie plague. Like you do.
