Rutherford Sirk is a fictional occult scholar and a minor character featured on the WB Network television series Angel. Played by actor Michael Halsey, he first appeared in the finale episode of season four titled, "Home". He made a second and final appearance in the season five episode, "Destiny".

Rutherford Sirk was a middle-aged man who worked as an occult scholar. He was once a member of the Watchers Council, but eventually came into the employ of Wolfram & Hart overseeing their Ancient Prophecies wing.
