Mutilation is the act of causing damage to a person's physical body that leaves a permanent disfigurement. This could include scarring, burning, the removal of muscle tissue or the loss of a limb, as well as parts of the face, like the ears, eyes or nose. It's also referred to as maiming.

Some tribes practice forms of ritualistic mutilation. Guess there ain't shit-else for these guys to do other than muck themselves up, eh? Some whackos even engage in self-mutilation. This is particularly common amongst religious zealots. If you see some kid who likes to mutilate small animals, watch out. He is clearly a nutter and needs to be taken to a mental health facility.
