"Something Like Murder" is the fourth episode of season one of the anthology series Femme Fatales and is the fourth episode of the series overall. It was directed by Mark A. Altman and written by Waldo Lydecker. It originally aired on Cinemax on May 27th, 2011.

Plot

Bored trophy wife Darla has plans for her wealthy dull older husband after she meets a lovely masseuse, but does her new partner have plans for her?

Howard points a gun at Darla, but Beth intervenes and stops him

Howard starts to hit Darla, but she comes up with a better idea

Darla says that it would be more convincing if she was attacked

Howard tells Darla that he doesn't want to fight her

Beth gets very angry and forces Howard to fight Darla

Beth sits back and watches Darla and Howard fight each other

Darla sadly tells the detective how her husband was kidnapped

The detective asks Darla why the security cameras were turned off

Darla tells the detective the reason why her husband turned off the cameras

The detective receives a ransom note with payment for the release of Darla's husband

The detective asks Darla if she has any access to the money

Darla drops off a very heavy bag at a secret hideaway

Darla drives away while two police detectives wait for the action to begin

A homeless man is seen going to the hideaway and picking up the heavy bag

The police move in and surround the homeless man at gunpoint

The police discover that the bag is filled with tissue paper

Darla gets out of the car and brings another very heavy bag

Darla hides the heavy bag in the women's restroom

Darla and Beth find each other in the hallway
