It is currently available On Demand on Comcast, Cox Communications, Verizon FiOS, AT&T U-verse, Insight Communications, Bresnan Communications and Guadalupe Valley Systems. It was previously available on Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks, but both dropped it in April, 2009 after their 8-month deal expired on March 31st, 2009 and wasn't renewed.

On October 26th, 2009, FEARnet.com hosted a five-episode web series called Fear Clinic. The series starred horror film icons Robert Englund and Kane Hodder as well as notable scream queens Danielle Harris and Lisa Wilcox as the staff of an unorthodox clinic specializing in chronic phobias. Each episode focused on a specific phobia including Hydrophobia, Scotophobia, Entomophobia, Misophobia and Claustrophobia (which also happened to be the names of the individual episodes).
