The Eye is a Chinese horror film of the supernatural thriller subgenre. It was written and directed by the Pang Brothers and co-written by Jojo Hui. It was produced by Applause Pictures and Raintree Pictures and premiered in Hong Kong on May 9th, 2002. The movie stars Lee Sin-Je as Wong Kar Mun - a young blind woman who develops psychic abilities after receiving a cornea implant. Wong Kar Mun's psychic impressions even enable her to see ghosts.
