The Evans' cottage was the home of artist Sam Evans and his daughter Maggie. Like many of the homes in the village, the home was a studio for Sam to ply his trade. Following Sam's death, Maggie lived alone in the cottage for quite some time, but eventually relocated to Collinwood. When Maggie's former boyfriend Joe Haskell went to the cottage to collect her belongings, his werewolf cousin Chris Jennings broke through the window of the studio and attacked Joe, nearly killing him. Points of Interest[edit | edit source]
- Studio
- Sam's studio was actually the man living area of the house. In addition to modest furnishings, the room was filled with easels, canvases and a gallery of Sam's paintings.
- Maggie's bedroom
- This was where Maggie Evans slept. The bedroom had two large French doors that led outside. These doors were rarely locked and it was easy for intruders such as Barnabas Collins or Nicholas Blair to gain access to the house through these doors.
