Emma Decody is a fictional motel clerk and one of the main characters from the A&E television series Bates Motel. Played by actress Olivia Cooke, she was introduced in the pilot episode of the show, "First You Dream, Then You Die".

- The character of Emma Decody was created by director Tucker Gates and writers Carlton Cuse, Kerry Ehrin and Anthony Cipriano based on concepts originally developed by author Robert Bloch. The character of Emma Decody is exclusive to the continuity of the Bates Motel television series and does not have a counterpart in the film series.
- "Trust Me" is the only episode from season one that Emma Decody does not appear in. Her absence is explained by her father who tells Norman that she is too ill to hang out with him.
- This is the first American role for British actress Olivia Cooke. She also appeared in the UK programs Blackout and The Secret of Crickley Hall.
