Elias Lundy is a fictional ghost featured on the WB Network television series Charmed. He was the main antagonist in the eleventh episode of season two, "Reckless Abandon". The character was played by actor J. Kenneth Campbell.
Elias Lundy was a ghost who was haunting Martha Van Lewen. When Elias was alive he had developed an obsession with Martha that had developed to the point where Martha could no longer stand him. She killed him, burying his remains by a tree on the grounds.
Elias' spirit decided that he would make Martha's life a living hell by cursing her, and by killing every male member in her family. However Elias' plan was flawed as he was unable to leave the house.
Martha's grandson was abandoned so that Elias could not kill him and the Charmed Ones ended up with baby Matthew. To find out where Matthew came from they started to investigate Martha's family and wondered why they would abandon him and not acknowledge that he came from there.
The sisters managed to find out that baby Matthew was in fact part of the Van Lewen family and involved themselves in helping them get Matthew back. They soon discovered Elias Lundy and that he possessed the ability to throw lightning bolts from his hands. He was also immune from Piper Halliwell's power of molecular immbolization.
Martha realized that the only way this could end was by killing herself that is exactly what she did. She threw herself from the balcony of her home, leaving Elias and his curse. Elias's ghost disappeared and baby Matthew was able to return home.
