Nightstalkers[]
Edgar was a pet raven owned by General Belial of the HYDRA sub-group, the Department of Occult Armaments. During one mission, the team set down in a cemetery in a desolate region of the southeastern United States to collect the remains of a vampire victim named Suze Harlow so they could use her DNA to create their own personal vampire stormtrooper. Suze's grieving father, Jeb Harlow, was present and tried to drive the D.O.A. away from desecrating his daughter's grave. Wielding a double-barrel shotgun, he fired a shot at General Belial, but struck Edgar instead, killing him. (Nightstalkers 11)
