It premiered at the Twisted Nightmare Weekend horror convention and film festival on August 4th, 2006. It was screened at similar venues on October 20th and October 21st. It was made available on Video On Demand by Warner Bros. on April 1st, 2010. Easter Bunny, Kill! Kill! was released to DVD by Vicious Circle Films on June 1st, 2010.
