Dracula Has Risen from the Grave is a British horror film of the Gothic vampire subgenre. It is the fourth film in the Dracula series of films produced by Hammer Film Productions. It was directed by Freddie Francis with a screenplay written by John Elder. It premiered in the United Kingdom on November 7th, 1968. It was released in the United States through Warner Bros. on February 6th, 1969. The movie stars Christopher Lee reprising the role of the infamous vampire count, Dracula, with Barry Andrews as Paul, Rupert Davies as the Monsignor, Barbara Ewing as Zena, and Veronica Carlson as Maria.
