Don Weiss was an American television director and producer born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on May 13th, 1922. His first work in the horror genre was directing four episodes of the 1970s paranormal thriller Kolchak: The Night Stalker. In 1981 he directed The Munsters' Revenge, which was based on the popular 1964-1966 CBS television series The Munsters. His final piece in horror fiction was directing the "Memory Overload" episode of Freddy's Nightmares in 1989. Don Weiss passed away in Santa Fe, New Mexico on July 25th, 2000.
