Don't Breathe 2 is an American independent feature film of the psychological thriller subgenre of horror. It is a direct sequel to the 2016 film Don't Breathe. The movie was directed by Rodo Sayagues with a screenplay written by Sayagues and Fede Alvarez. It was produced by Bad Hombre and presented by Screen Gems and Stage 6 Films in association with Ghost House Pictures. It was released theatrically in South America on August 12th, 2021 and in the United States and Europe on August 13th, 2021. The film stars Stephen Lang reprising the role of Norman Nordstrom, aka "The Blind Man" from the first film.
