Doctor Wolfenstein's assistant is a fictional servant and a minor character featured in the 2003 Grindhouse horror film House of 1000 Corpses. He is the second character that appears in the film and is played by director/writer Rob Zombie.
This unnamed man was a rather hairy individual with an apparent hunchback, who worked as the assistant to Doctor Wolfenstein, who was a television horror film host on Channel 68 in the 1970s. He was seen on briefly, wearing dark clothes and smashing pumpkins on a table with a large wooden mallet.
On the House of 1000 Corpses DVD, Rob Zombie stated that his character was supposed to have a lot more makeup to give him a "Wolf Man" appearance, but he said that he ended up looking barely any different.
