Disfigurement is what happens when a person gets jacked up. For purposes of this database, disfigurement differs from deformity, which represents a defect of birth. This is not to say that those born with birth defects cannot be disfigured later.

- Annabelle: Creation: Esther Mullins suffers a severe facial deformity after being attacked by the Annabelle demon. She covers it up with a mask.
- Edward Scissorhands: The eponymous scissor-handed hero of the 1990 film Edward Scissorhands had scars all across his face, which was no doubt caused by accidentally slicing himself with his hands.
- Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers: The characters of both Michael Myers and Sam Loomis suffered from severe third-degree burns as a result of events that took place in Halloween II. Myers is shown with a scarred hand and his head is bandaged in the beginning of the film. Loomis walks with a limp, has severe burns on his hands and face and has lacerations across his scalp.
- House of Wax: Henry Jarrod is greatly disfigured as a result of a fire set by his business partner, Matthew Burke, at their wax museum.
- Phantom of Hollywood, The: The Phantom of Lot 2 at Worldwide Studios is disfigured and wears a mask.
- Terrifier: Art the Clown eats Vicky Heyes' face off.
