The Devil's Heart is a fictional sentient mystical entity and a central antagonist featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. It is associated with the Dracula line of titles and appeared in the "Let It Bleed!" story from Giant-Size Dracula #4, published in March, 1975.
A Sioux necromancer once created a mystical item known as the Devil's Heart. Breaching the cosmic balance, the necromancer evolved and transformed himself physically into the Devil's Heart. It retained the ability to possess others, forcing them to commit acts of murder. (Giant-Size Dracula 4)
