Dean Russell was a minor character featured in the 2010 remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street. He was played by actor Kellan Lutz. Dean Russell was one of several young characters who found themselves a victim of dream demon Freddy Krueger. He was the first victim featured in the movie.

Notes & Trivia

• Dean Russell has no analog from the original A Nightmare on Elm Street. The first victim from the original film was Tina Gray, played by Amanda Wyss.

• Actor Kellan Lutz is also known for playing the role of Emmett Cullen in the Twilight Saga film series.
