Dead Man's Eyes is an American feature film of the mystery and thriller genres. It was directed by Reginald Le Borg with a screenplay written by Dwight V. Babcock. It was produced by Universal Pictures and released in the United States on November 10th, 1944. The film stars Lon Chaney, Jr. as an artist named Dave Stuart, who is rendered blind due to the actions of a jealous assistant. The opportunity for an eye transplant presents itself, but when the donor dies under mysterious circumstances, Dave becomes the number one suspect.
