Daniel Flynn McBride is a film actor, writer, producer and stunt performer. His first role in a horror feature was as an extra on the 1993 sci-fi/horror film The Hidden II where he was credited as Rave girl's date. McBride is best known however for his contributions to the Underworld film franchise. He was an associate producer and screenplay writer on the first Underworld film and also made a cameo appearance playing a character named Mason. With the 2006 sequel, Underworld: Evolution, McBride served as executive producer and also wrote the screenplay. In 2009, he wrote the screenplay for the third film in the franchise, Underworld: Rise of the Lycans.
