Along with several friends, she enjoyed playing a live-action roleplaying game called "Red Thirst", which was published by a company called Silver Fang. The group of friends pantomimed the perceived actions and exploits of vampires, little realizing that some actual vampires were on the prowl. A female biker gang called the Vamps rode through the city looking for some fresh kills. They plowed through the wannabe vampires, sinking their fangs into their throats and ravaging them for blood without even slowing down on their bikes. (Vamps: Pumpkin Time 1)

In the early 1990s, he was so distraught over the apparent suicide of grunge singer Kurt Cobain, that he sought to follow in his footsteps and placed a shotgun in his mouth. Miraculously, Eugene survived this, but suffered great facial deformity as a result. It was the vampire Cassidy who coined the nickname "Arseface", given that Eugene's face now resembled a person's ass.
Astra Logue[]

In 1978, a fear elemental called the Norfulthing took possession of her, and a group of amateur occultists commonly referred to as the Newcastle Crew led by John Constantine attempted to exorcise the entity from her body. The exorcism failed horribly however when Nergal was summoned, and Astra's spirit was consigned to Hell.
