Clarice Blackburn was an American actress born in San Francisco, California on February 26th, 1921. Blackburn is best known for playing the role of Mrs. Sarah Johnson on the 1960s ABC television series Dark Shadows. She also played the roles of Abigail Collins during the 1795 Flashback story-arc on the series as well as Minerva Trask during the 1840 Flashback storyline. Between the three characters, Blackburn has appeared in eighty episodes of the series. Blackburn had a small role in the 1971 film Night of Dark Shadows playing Mrs. Castle.
