"Alive!" is the title to the Claire Voyante one-shot special published by Lightning Comics. The story was written and edited by Joseph A. Zyskowski with artwork by Paul Abrams and inks by David Mowry. It was lettered by James M. Anderson. A second story, titled "Revelation!", featuring the characters of Claire Voyante and Perg was produced by the same creative team. This issue shipped with a June, 1996 cover date and carries a cover price of $3.50 per copy (US).

Claire Voyante was created by Joseph A. Zyskowski and Steven Zyskowski. This is the first appearance of the character. Ramen Alexander Perg writer Joseph A. Zyskowski and artists Karl Kerschl, James Anderson and Frank Parr. He first appeared in Perg #1 in October, 1993. Hellina was created by writer Joseph A. Zyskowski and artists Karl Kerschl and Terral Lawrence. She first appeared in Perg #4, published by Lightning Comics in January, 1994. This issue shipped with a nude variant cover illustrated by Rod Perry. Cover contains elements of female topless nudity and female rear nudity. A second nude variant cover was produced and illustrated by Luke Ross. This "Revelation!" story was originally intended to be published as Perg #9, but the Perg series was continued with issue #8.
