Cinderella's Curse is a British feature film of the supernatural thriller subgenre of horror with an emphasis on dark fantasy. It is based on the fairy tale of Cinderella. The film was directed by Louisa Warren with a script written by Harry Boxley. It was produced by ChampDog Films and Cineakash Productions. It premiered in Pakistan on May 31st, 2024. It was made available in the United States on streaming platforms on June 20th, 2024. The film stars Kelly Rian Sanson as a Cinderella - a woman forced to work as a servant for her wicked stepmother and her equally vile step-sisters Hannah and Ingrid. The discovery of a mystical grimoire summons forth a demonic fairy godmother and her Terrortures, who grant Cinderella three wishes - wishes that will not only enable Cinderella to fulfill her wildest dream, but also avenge herself against her enemies.

  • This film is based on the folk tale for Cinderella, which is one of the oldest of such known stories dates back to somewhere between 7 BCE and 23 AD. The story was later re-interpreted as Cendrillon by Charles Perrault in 1697 and as Aschenputtel by the Brothers Grimm in Grimms' Fairy Tales in 1812.
  • Actor Peter Watson, who plays the King, also played Lord John Cunningham in Cinderella's Revenge, released this same year.
  • Actor Mike Kelson, who plays a police officer, also played Arthur in Cinderella's Revenge.
