Cecilia Pederson is a fictional doctor, con artist and antagonist featured in the Saw film franchise by Twisted Pictures. Played by actress Synnøve Macody Lund, Cecilia appears as the main antagonist in Saw X. Quite possibly one of the evilest test subjects in the Saw franchise, Cecilia is a con artist who scams John Kramer out of money under the guise of performing an experimental surgery in Mexico that will supposedly cure him of his brain cancer.

- Cecilia is quite possibly one of the evilest test subjects seen in the Saw franchise as she is never at all remorseful or repentant for her narcissistic, selfish behavior and even goes so far as to place the life of an innocent boy named Carlos who John had previously befriended in danger whenever she falsely believes that she has the upper hand over him by putting him in a two-person trap alongside John. Unlike John who still has some level of compassion for test subjects (believing everyone deserves a second chance regardless of their guilt), Cecilia holds no compassion or sympathy towards her co-conspirators, remarking to John that they were loose ends and all she thought about when they died is that it was one less person to split the money with.
