Carriers is an American independent film of the psychological thriller genre with an emphasis on the global pandemic subgenre of horror. It was written and directed by Alex and David Pastor. It was presented through Paramount Vantage and produced by Likely Story in association with This Is That Productions. It was first screened in Germany at Fantasy Filmfest on August 18th, 2009. It opened to limited theatrical release in the United States and Canada on September 4th, 2009.
