Brain of Blood is a 1972 exploitation horror film directed by Al Adamson. It was released in 1972 by Hemisphere Pictures. The premise of the film involves a man named Abdul Amir, the ruler of Kalid, who finds himself dying and brought to the United States where his brain is placed inside a healthier body. Unfortunately, Amir's new body is also that of a blood-thirsty maniac.
