Plot[]
Nadja and her young son Elias board a transatlantic flight from Germany to the United States. Nadja suffers from a very unique medical condition and Elias is always on hand to provide her with medication and support. Early in the flight run, the plane is taken over by hijackers. The intensity of the moment forces Nadja to reveal her condition - she is a vampire. Forced to fight against the terrorists, her ordeal intensifies as one of them steals some of her blood and injects himself with it, transforming himself into a vampire as well. After the pilot and co-pilot are killed, Nadja and Elias must rely upon a helpful passenger named Farid to circle the plane back and land it safely.
