Billy-Bob Bobs is a fictional inbred child with one-eye (as opposed to the non-fictional ones which crop up from time to time). He is a minor character featured in the Preacher comic book series published by DC Comics under their Vertigo imprint. He first appeared in flashback in Preacher #9 in December 1995. He also appeared in Preacher #10.
