Billy was a deputy for Lundy County, Arkansas. He was the pride of the department and the apple of Sheriff Sparks' eye, who could not stop singing the praises of his young charge - that was until he started dating his daughter, Violet. After that, Billy could do no right in the sheriff's eyes. One day, Billy and Violet were having a picnic near the river. Violet dozed off for a bit, but when she awakened, she turned to find Billy lying dead on the blanket with a bullet hole in his head. (Lady Demon Vol 2 1)

Billy was a soldier serving in the Blackhawk Idaho Six extraction team for the International Security Assistance Force. The team's helicopter crash-landed in the highland region of Eastern Afghanistan. Billy was thrown from the wreckage across the edge of a ravine. As he scrambled to gain purchase, he screamed out for his fellow soldier, Cooper, but she was unable to reach him in time, and Billy fell to his death. (Stitched 1)
The Walking Dead[]
Billy was a young boy who was a toddler during the early years of the zombie apocalypse. He was the son of Allen and Donna, and had a twin brother named Ben. He was part of the original campsite group outside of Atlanta. He then took up brief shelter at the Greene farm in rural Georgia. After the farm became overrun with walkers, the family relocated to an abandoned prison for a prolonged period of time. Following the deaths of Allen and Donna, Billy was adopted by Andrea and Dale. As the twins grew older, his brother Ben became psychotic. He brutally murdered Billy by stabbing him to death. Carl Grimes avenged Billy's death by shooting Ben. Both brothers were buried together.
