Beta is a fictional zombie holocaust survivor and a central antagonist featured in The Walking Dead comic book series by Image Comics and Skybound Entertainment. He first appeared in issue #154 in 2016. He played a recurring role in the "Call to Arms" storyline, and a major role in "The Whisperer War". He makes his live-action debut in the ninth season of Walking Dead, portrayed by Ryan Hurst.
