Ben Bass is an American actor born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 14th, 1968. He played the role of Javier Vachon in season three of the Canadian vampire series Forever Knight. In 1998, he played Lieutenant Ellis in the horor/comedy Bride of Chucky.
