Basket Case 3 is an American independent feature film of the horror genre. It is the second sequel to the 1982 movie Basket Case and was written and directed by Frank Henenlotter with a script co-written by Robert Martin. It was produced by Shapiro-Glickenhaus Entertainment and premiered in Italy in October, 1991. It was first released in the United States on February 21st, 1992. Actor Kevin Van Hentenryck returns for a third time to play the role of Duane Bradley, and look! He brought his mishapen conjoined twin Belial as well! Joining this dastardly duo is once again Annie Ross as Granny Ruth, as well as Dan Biggers as Uncle Hal, Jim O'Doherty as Little Hal, Jackson Faw as Bailey, Jim Grimshaw as Baxter, and Beverly Bonner as a fast food manager.
