The Bangor Pine Hotel is a fictional business featured in the original daytime Gothic soap opera Dark Shadows on ABC. It is associated with the "Burke Devlin's Revenge Plot" storyline from the 1966 and first appeared in episode 27.

History[]

The Bangor Pine Hotel was a hotel located in the city of Bangor, Maine. In addition to the guest room suites, the hotel also boasted a restaurant adjacent to the main lobby. Burke Devlin visited the hotel's restaurant where he had a meeting with a New York investment banker named James Blair. Burke spoke with Blair about the Collins family investment holdings, with the aim of buying them out. Carolyn Stoddard - who was a member of the Collins family who was smitten with Burke, crashed their lunch meeting wherein Burke gave an expensive filigree pen as a gift. (Dark Shadows: 42)
