Ann Muffly is a film actress who has frequently worked with genre director George Romero. Ann made her film debut in 1972 with Romero's Season of the Witch, playing a character named Shirley Randolph. The film is also known by the title Hungry Wives. In 1981, she made an appearance in Romero's action film Knightriders. In 1982, Ann played Lenora Castonmeyer in the "They're Creeping Up on You" segment of the anthology film Creepshow. She provided the voice of the character only.
Ann also appeared in the popular 1983 film Flashdance starring The Bride actress Jennifer Beals. Ann played a woman at Hanna Long's. She also appeared in the 1989 TV movie No Place Like Home and the 1996 telemovie The Assassination File.
