Curse of Chucky[]

Years later, a now adult Andy receives a package on his doorstep and takes it inside his home. While having a conversation on the phone with his mother Karen, the box is revealed to be hiding Chucky, who carves himself out of it with a knife. Much to his surprise and horror, he finds he is looking down the barrel of a shotgun as Andy has anticipated he would strike again. Chucky pleads as Andy exclaims "Play with this." and shoots Chucky in the head off-screen.

Cult of Chucky[]

Since the events of Curse of Chucky, Andy has been torturing and holding the severed head of Chucky in an isolated lodge inside of a safe. Later, Andy learns that Chucky has discovered the ability to transfer his soul into other dolls and gets himself committed to the same mental institution as Nica Pierce, also carrying a Chucky doll with short hair to make it distinguishable. The short hair Chucky is awoken by the voodoo spell and sent to kill Andy, who is locked inside of his cell. Andy manages to subdue the Chucky and rips into its' stomach, revealing a gun which he shoots the doll with several times before stomping its' head. Nica/Chucky opens the door and Andy finds his gun is out of bullets and he is held in during a lockdown of the mental institution as Nica/Chucky escapes with Tiffany. Andy then sends his former foster sister, Kyle, to the lodge to torture the Chucky head further.
