Alexa Nikolas is an American film and television actress. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 4th, 1992. In the horror genre, Alexa is best known for her work on TV shows such as Ghost Whisperer, Supernatural, and The Walking Dead.
Alexa appeared on one episode of Charmed in 2001. She played a featured ghost named Caitlin Mahoney on one episode of Ghost Whisperer in 2008. She played Kate Carter on one episode of Supernatural in 2009. She played Ruth in the television movie remake of Stephen King's Children of the Corn. Alexa played Haley in three episodes from season three of The Walking Dead in 2012 and 2013.
