Abraham Lincoln was an American lawyer and politician. He served as the sixteenth President of the United States, serving a single term from 1861 to 1865. Abraham Lincoln was the sitting President during the American Civil War and is known for drafting the Emancipation Proclamation, which abolished the previously legal practice of slavery. Fictionalized accounts of Lincoln's life add even a bit more flavor to this infamous historical figure. One account posits that Lincoln spear-headed the creation of a secret society designed to combat the supernatural. Another account has Lincoln taking a personal stake (literally) in the war against the supernatural, when he took up arms to combat the rising threat of vampires in the South.
