1922 is an American television movie of the supernatural thriller genre. It is based on a story written by author Stephen King. The film was written and directed by Zak Hilditch. It was produced by Campfire and premiered on Netflix on October 20th, 2017. The film stars Thomas Jane as Wilfred James, who is a farmer who finds himself at odds with his wife, who wishes to sell of their farmland and move to the city. Wilf conspires with his teenage son Henry to murder her to keep the land.
