13 Gantry Row is an Australian television movie directed by Catherine Miller and written by Tony Morphett. Produced by Bedford Entertainment, it first aired in Australia in 1998. It was aired on PBS in 2002 and released to home video by MTI Home Video. The premise of the film follows a young couple named Julie and Peter who move into an old home on Gantry Way in a posh section of Sydney, New South Wales. While dealing with their own personal struggles and their ongoing efforst to rennovate their new home, they discover that the house is haunted and a string of events involving an old woman and a serial killer from the late 19th century intrude upon present times.
